Policies of the Inn:

Check-in: 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM.   Check-out: 11:30 am. 
If arriving outside of check-in times, please call or email to make arrangements.  
 
Le Puy Wine Valley Inn is an exclusive property where every 
guest reservation is both important and special to us. 
If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, 
please call us at least fourteen (14) days prior to your arrival date to cancel your 
reservation. If you must cancel with less than fourteen (14) days notice, 
shorten your stay or check out early,  your full reservation payment will still be
required. If we can re-book your room(s), a full or partial refund will be made.
 A 30 day cancellation notice is required on multiple room bookings 
(more than 2 rooms or more than 4 nights in one room), 
whole house bookings, and for holiday weekends and special events, 
including Memorial Day, IPNC, Thanksgiving and Inn sponsored events.

Fifty dollars ($50) is taken as a deposit at the time of booking.  
Deposit is refundable if cancellation meets criteria above.  
Rates are in US Dollars ($).  

No Smoking is permitted on the property.
Pets-Le Puy does not allow pets.  We can assist you with finding
boarding at nearby locations.
Accessibility - we offer one accessible room - Thunder.  
Children age 13 and older are welcome.
